"Pamper Your Senses" offers the following Returns Policy: By ordering through "Pamper Your Senses" you agree to the policies stated: All products whether created from "Pamper Your Senses" or individually created need to be tested. "Pamper Your Senses" is not responsible accidents and/or reactions that may occure with the products offered. It is your responsability to test each product, including packaging materials.
"Pamper Your Senses" ordering: "Pamper your Senses" accepts orders through our wed sit. We accept Pay Pal and you can use Visa, Mastercard, and Electronic checks through PayPal. Returned checks will be charged $30.00 service charge. Please note all orders will not be filled or shipped until all payments have cleared. Please note that this could 2-14 additional business days excluding holidays to your order. You and "Pamper Your Senses" will receive a e-mail from PayPal stating when your funds have cleared.  Please note that after funds have cleared please allow 2-5 business days for shipping as most products are made fresh upon order. Please take this into consideration if ordering for special occasions so that products and/or supplies will be delivered on or before time needed.
 Cancelled orders: Due to the nature of the products being made fresh and started as soon as payment has cleared ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Before submitting your order, please check to make sure your order is complete. Any additions and/or changes made to your order are considered seperate orders. You order will be handled and billed accordingly, including any and all shipping fees for each order. This policy is in place because all orders are processed in real time, meaning, as soon as you key the submit button in the shopping cart, your order has been processed and is ready to be made and pack as stated on your invoice.  "Pamper Your Senses" DOES NOT Accept add-ons to orders. Please print a copy of your invoice. An invoice is also sent with each order. Please keep thses for your bookkeeping and tax records. "Pamper Your Senses" charges a $25.00 flat rate charge for invoice records recovery.
Shipping: Current Processing Schedule: 2-5 business days on all orders. If you have any questions please e-mailpamperyoursenses@gmail.com . "Pamper Your Senses" ships most orders USPS flat rate and larger orders UPS. Please note that all packages are inspected and leave our location in top condition: if your package has any signs of damage, breakage, and/or leakage, call UPS at 1-800-742-5877. Report the problem to UPS immediatly. UPS will then contact "Pamper Your Senses" to resolve the issue. We at "Pamper Your Senses" suggest to purchase insurance when and if available. All orders are shipped from "Pamper Your Senses" location, "Pamper Your Senses" is not responsible for any import tariffs or duties on international orders as those are the customers responsibility.
Address correction & fees: "Pamper Your Senses" would like to suggest that you double check your shipping address on the shopping cart. If the wrong address is submittted this could cause delivery to the wrong address and "PAMPER YOUR SENSES" will not be held accountable for this mistake. If the carrier has to do a address change this fee is usually $6.00-$10.00 fee and will be charged to the customer for the fee.
WARRANTIES: "Pamper Your Senses" makes no expressed or implied warranty or guarantee as to the end result of the products being sold. It is the users responsibility to test all products this also includes packaging materials. Customers should purchase and test smal quantities to ensure products meet their individual specifications. Customers have 2 days from the date received order to contact "Pamper Your Senses" with any problems or concerns regarding that order or its contents. "Pamper Your Senses" can be reached atpamperyoursenses@gmail.com   "Pamper Your Senses" is not responsible for the quality of products not purchased directly from "Pamper Your Senses" (ie,. trades, sales, from other individual parties to another, swaps, ect.) No comparisons will be made. All orders are on file.
Returns: ALL SALES ARE FINALE: Due to safety and quality control concerns, "Pamper Your Senses" does not accept returns on any products. All products are available individually or in small quantity to insure that it meets your specific needs. If you have sensitive skin always test bath products on small part of body to be sure no reaction accures. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Privacy Statement: "Pamper Your Senses" collects personal financial and contact information to use for the purpose of order processing only. Under NO circumstances will "Pamper Your Senses" allow this information to be sold or shared "Pamper Your Senses" reserves the right to refuse service to any party at  any time.
 PICK UPS. "Pamper Your Senses" is an internet based-business and does not at this time have a storefront. All orders are shipped USPS or UPS services; to inquire about picking up an order you must contact us first to make arrangements. Orders may be submitted via our internet shopping cart 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please check out our About page to see a list of all locations that are currently carring "Pamper Your Senses" products. Please note that products and prices may vary from locations.
Missouri residents: Our shopping cart automatically charges all Missouri residents state sales tax. To qualify for Missouri state sales tax exempt status you will need to mail us a copy of your tax exempt certificate we will keep this copy on file. When placing an order simply place a note in the comments section stating we have a copy of the certificate on file. We will then verify and refund the missouri state sales tax back to the method of payment used.
